Remembering Ryann

18-month-old Ryann had been healthy and happy her entire life. On Saturday night, May 28, 2011, everything changed.

After a late-night trip to the emergency room, multiple tests, IVs, and complications, Ryann died early Sunday morning, May 29, 2011. The autopsy revealed that she suffered - unknowingly - from a rare disorder so uncommon it doesn't even have an official name. The doctors called it "Mobile Bowel," since the connective tissues that hold the intestines and bladder in place and to the stomach were not there. They were literally free-floating in her little body.

Now, in addition to planning a funeral for their precious little girl, Damie and Jared are facing nearly uncountable dollars in medical and funeral expenses. This site is an attempt to help them with that.
